By creating an account or using YP Host Suite, you agree to these Terms. If you are using it on behalf of a company, you confirm you have authority to bind that company.
YP Host Suite is an operations dashboard for short-term rental hosts: property records, bookings, cleaning/maintenance tracking, supply tracking, guest messaging templates, and a compliance checklist.
YP Host Suite is not a law firm, accountant, or channel manager. The Compliance tracker is a personal record-keeping tool only — it does not verify current law, does not file anything on your behalf, and is not legal or tax advice. You are solely responsible for confirming and complying with all state, county, city, HOA, tax, licensing, and safety requirements that apply to your property. YP Host Suite does not sync bookings, pricing, or calendars with Airbnb, Booking.com, Vrbo, or any other platform unless explicitly stated for the feature you are using.
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. Team member links (for cleaners/maintenance) are unauthenticated access links tied to a random token — you are responsible for only sharing them with the intended person and for removing a team member's access when they stop working with you.
Paid plans are billed by Paddle.com, our Merchant of Record, which handles payment collection and applicable sales tax. Plan prices, included property limits, and billing cycle are shown at checkout. You can cancel at any time; cancellation stops future billing but we do not provide refunds for partial billing periods except where required by law. We may offer a free trial or introductory pricing that converts to standard pricing unless cancelled beforehand.
You retain ownership of the property, booking, guest, and operational data you enter ("Your Content"). You grant us a limited license to host, process, and display Your Content solely to provide the service to you. You are responsible for having the right to enter any guest or third-party information you store, and for complying with applicable privacy law toward your own guests.
You agree not to: use the service for any property or business that is illegal in its jurisdiction; attempt to breach security or access another host's account or data; use the public Guest Guide or team links to distribute unlawful, abusive, or deceptive content; or resell the service without our written agreement.
The Guest Guide page and QR code for each property, and each team member's task link, are accessible to anyone with the link — they are not protected by a login. Do not include information there that you would not want visible to anyone who obtains the link.
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. We may perform maintenance, and we may modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice where practical.
The service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, YesPuglia will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for lost revenue, arising from your use of YP Host Suite, including any regulatory fine, penalty, or missed permit deadline related to your reliance on the Compliance tracker. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim arose.
You may stop using the service and cancel your subscription at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or applicable law, with notice where practical.
